One of the major contributing factors to failure in network marketing is not being part of a great team. Working in a team environment is a must in this business for a number of reasons. The team environment provides education, improves success through team accomplishments and gives members the ability to assist one another.
With that said, we have built a great team in the Greater Vancouver area. We have an office that is accessible to any of our members free of charge where they can come to meetup, make calls, complete signups or even just stop by to kill some time.
Our team is growing at a very fast pace and is one of the fastest growing Xowii legs in Canada. We are accepting new team members from all over North America, we spend a fair amount of time training each new distributor to maximize their effectiveness. Over the last week we’ve had fantastic shown in joining our team, the following people have already been setup and are already doing great!
James - James will be heading our Boston division, if you are in the Boston area we can hook you up with James for some one on one time
Tyler - Tyler has two years worth of network marketing experience and brings management experience from the restaurant industry.
Gabe – Gabe is a full time long shoreman who has over a year’s worth of direct sales experience. Gabe has also participated in Network marketing in the past.
Michael – Michael is a very well networked individual residing in Michigan; Michael will be responsible for any distributors in the Michigan area. His retail reach is astounding and we look forward to his contributions to our team.
Chris – Chris recently joined us after graduating with a two year marketing diploma. He has management experience and has plenty of experience in the food and drink industry.
Geoff - Geoff recently joined Xowii Vancouver while simultaneously holding down a sales management roll. He has more than three years of direct sales experience in retail and is a strong leader.
